In practice

We recently assisted a municipality in uncovering and rectifying significant billing errors that were leading to unexpectedly high energy costs for their large facilities. After a thorough analysis of the municipality’s energy bills, we identified that the Local Distribution Company (LDC) had incorrectly charged them under the Regulated Price Plan instead of the more suitable Spot Market rates.
